Mr. Dinanath Dubhashi is the Managing Director & CEO of L&T Finance
Holdings Ltd. (LTFH).
With a rich experience of over three decades, Mr. Dubhashi has worked in multiple domains of Financial Services including Corporate Banking, Cash Management, Credit Rating, Retail Lending & Rural Finance.
Mr. Dubhashi has been associated with LTFH since 2007 and has been instrumental in scaling up the retail business operations manifold, across customer segments and geographies. During his tenure as MD & CEO, since 2016, LTFH has achieved several market leading positions in Farm Equipment Finance, Two-Wheeler Finance, Micro Loans and Renewable Power Finance.
The strategy roadmap defined under his leadership has transformed LTFH into an organisation focused on delivering sustainable top quartile RoE through decisive strategic choices. The increase in retail proportion of loan book under his leadership, to 43% in FY21, has been built on the foundations of distinctive digital and analytics-based offering and a robust risk management framework.
As a part of his professional journey, he has also been associated with organisations such as BNP Paribas, CARE Ratings and SBI Capital Markets in various capacities.
Mr. Dubhashi has also been co-chairing the FICCI Committee on NBFCs since 2018. He is a Postgraduate from IIM Bangalore and holds a B.E. (Mechanical) degree.
Mr. Thomas Mathew T
Mr. Thomas Mathew T. was the Managing Director & Chairman in charge of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). After his retirement from LIC, he was the Managing Director & CEO of the Reinsurance Group of America for India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.He is a Director on the Boards of PTC India Financial Services Limited, Canara HSBC OBC Life Insurance Company, LIC (International) B.S.C.(c), Bahrain and subsidiaries of the Company. He is also a member of the 'Take Over Panel' of SEBI.
He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management, a Post-graduation in
Economics and is a graduate of Law. He is also an Associate of the Insurance Institute of India and has a
Diploma in the Spanish language.
Ms. Nishi Vasudeva
Ms. Nishi Vasudeva is an internationally acclaimed leader and is the first woman to chair an oil and gas company in India.
She represented HPCL as Chairman / Director on the board of several Joint Venture companies. She was responsible for developing the vision and long term objectives, improving growth and profitability, driving a high performance culture geared towards operational excellence and consistent value creation for shareholders & all stakeholders.
Prior to assuming responsibility as C&MD, she served on HPCL Board as Director-Marketing and was responsible for pan India sales (B2B & B2C segments), Brand building, Efficient supply chain management, Infrastructure development and leading HPCL foray into new business lines.
Her career at HPCL included leadership positions in Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Planning and Information systems and has led key business transformation & organizational restructuring projects.
She is the first Indian to be awarded the Global CEO of the year at Platt’s Global energy awards 2015. She received the SCOPE Award for excellence and outstanding contribution to Public sector Management from the Hon’ble President of India and was also recognized with Outstanding Women Manager Award by SCOPE.
She has been a member in several committees for development of policy in the Oil Industry and Hydrocarbon sector in India.
She holds BA (Economic Honours) from Delhi University and an MBA
from IIM Calcutta with over 38 years of experience in the petroleum industry.
Dr. Rupa Rege Nitsure

Dr. Rupa Rege Nitsure is the Group Chief Economist of L&T Financial Services since March 2015, responsible for tracking and forecasting macroeconomic trends and policy developments.
Prior to joining L&T Finacial Services, she held the position of Chief Economist at Bank of Baroda (2003-2015) and Senior Economist at ICICI (DFI) and ICICI Bank (1989-2003). At Bank of Baroda, she also headed Investor Relations and regularly represented the Bank in several deal and non-deal road-shows in India and abroad.
Her professional career has spanned across banking and policy related assignments. She has served on the critical committees of the Government of India and Reserve Bank of India, most recently the Expert Committee to revise & strengthen the Monetary Policy Framework, chaired by Dr Urjit Patel.
Dr. Rupa Rege Nitsure is a regular commentator on economic and policy issues on print & electronic media and also All India Radio (AIR). She is a frequent contributor of articles and columns to Indian newspapers.
She is on the Academic Council of the School of Economics (Post Graduate Department of Economics), Mumbai University, on the Board of Studies of the Gokhale Institute of Politics & Economics and a Honourary Fellow of the Indian School of Political Economy, Pune. She is a Member of the Indian Banks Association's Monetary Policy Consultative Group and serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance's (IIBF) Journal Bank Quest. She is also a member of the CII's Economic Affairs Committee (West Zone).
She also acts as the Guest Faculty for Bankers Quotient Academy that is engaged with developing the future leadership in the Indian Banking industry.
She holds M.A (Eco), M.Phil (Eco) and Ph.D (Macro-Econometric Modelling) from the Gokhale Institute of Politics &
Mr. Shiva Rajaraman
Mr. Shiva Rajaraman has 23 years of experience in infrastructure finance and advisory.
He is the Wholetime Director of L&T Infra Credit Limited (part of L&T Financial Services), earlier one of India’s leading Infrastructure Debt Funds (IDFs), focussed on providing financing and credit enhancement solutions to private sector/PPP projects in renewable energy, roads and transmission sectors. At L&T Financial Services (LTFS), he was part of the leadership team which managed India’s largest (USD ~ 3 bn) high quality debt-financed renewable energy portfolio aggregating ~ 6000 MW and one of the largest quality road refinance portfolios. He has been with LTFS for over 12 years.
Prior to that he was employed with India’s specialised infrastructure financier IDFC for ~10 years (now IDFC Bank) and the Equity Group of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson (now Commerzbank) for ~ 2 years.
Mr. Rajaraman has been a member of the Infrastructure Committees of CII, FICCI, IVCA (industry associations) and a Director on the Board of Feedback Infrastructure and Indian Highway Management Company Ltd (IHMCL), a company promoted by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
He is also a member of the Project Finance Sub-Group constituted by the Government and the Inter-Ministerial Steering Committee (IMSC) of the Government of India for implementation of the National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP), 2020.
